Lakers, Nets don't make play-offs?

I believe the Nets, Lakers, Bucks were the top 3 odds on favorite to win the title. Unlike other sports in basketball the odds on favorites just about always at lest make play-offs.

Not sure if i have ever seen 2 of the top 3 miss play-offs all together. Nets will be in play-in tourney but right not sit 10 meaning they have to win 2 straight on the road just to make play-offs. No gimmie,

Interesting to see how that is graded as I assume they have to actually be in the top eight (after the play-ins) to payoff a playoff = yes bet.

Yes. No question they have to be top 8 for a play-off wager to be graded a win. Would be a shady book that graded the play-in tournament a win.

My guess is books had an overwhelming amount of "yes" on Nets making play-offs. So wouldn't even be in the books best interest to try to get cute and call the play-in the play-offs.
